Set in the splendid countryside surrounding the famous medieval town of Todi, Antica Quercia is situated in a dominating position at the top of one of the highest hills of the area, at 600 mts of altitude.
The farmhouse is surrounded by its private 2 hectares land with a well-maintained lawn where there are olive trees and a suggestive secular oak and a few meters away, in a higher position, the equipped swimming pool.
The layout of the property is ideal for a group of friends or extended family, with the ground floor and the first floor offering independent access and units.
It is possible to rent the entire property with 9+5 sleeps or just the first floor whilst the ground floor will remain vacant during your stay.
A nice lady lives in an independent side of the property, with independent external access.
The gracious fireplaces, the wooden beams, the walls in soft pastel colours and stone and the refined simplicity of the furniture make the rooms well-kept, functional, guaranteeing a cosy hospitality to the clients.
The kitchen on the ground floor has direct access to the porch where there is a barbecue and a working wooden oven, excellent for pizzas.
