A comely Umbrian farmhouse with stunning views e comfort close to Todi.
"Belvedere" lies only a 15 minute drive from Todi, a marvellous medieval town famous for its beauty, culture and wonderful piazza.
The farmhouse is set in a hilly position with great views and land of about 5.000 m². The interior is furnished in rustic-elegant style and the bright living room is particularly comfortable with a fireplace. There is access from both the kitchen and the living room to the portico, on which dining “al fresco” would make for one of the great pleasures of a true summer holiday.
Further down in the grounds is the fabulous swimming pool (10 x 5m, 1.40 depth throughout). In addition to offering wonderful views, the pool has night-lighting, rendering it perfect for nocturnal dips.
Belvedere is only a short distance from the picturesque little villages of Collazzone, S.Terenziano and Grutti with typical "trattorie" offering savoury regional dishes.
Belvedere has its own private access road.
