This beautiful stone house lies at few kms from the small village of Grutti, and it's set in a panoramic position, surrounded by an ancient oak grove, with a splendid views of Todi, which lies a few minutes drive.
The farmhouse has been recently built, using materials of the characteristic Umbrian style: rustic beams with tiles in cotto on the ceiling and terracotta floor.
The tastefully furnishing adds great charm to the house equipped with a sunny kitchen and living room with fireplace, a perfect place from which to admire the best that Umbria has to offer.
In the garden with characteristic lawn and olive trees, there is a pergola a few meters down the house with wood-burning oven for savoury barbecue.
An equipped solarium connects the pergola to the pool provided with a lighting system for who loves to swim under the starry sky.
In the small village of Grutti, situated just 1,5 kms away, have all essential amenities including the celebrating restaurant (Le Noci) , ideal to taste the regional dishes, all freshly prepared.
