This charming agriturismo dates back to the 1300s and has been popular with tourists for many years. It is in a spot of great natural beauty, it has wonderful views and it was sympathetically restored using the typical materials of this area: terracotta tiles, wooden beams and stone. It consists of 5 buildings and an old, consecrated church, also from the 1300s. Weddings are still celebrated there today.
The total surface area is approx. 800m² and can be extended by another 90m². There are 40 hectares of land, 10 of which are olive groves with about 3000 trees, and the remaining land is either arable, woodland or can be planted with fruit trees such as cherry trees, and walnut trees. In addition, there is a pretty garden with pool (11m x 6m).Utilities: central LPG heating, mains water and private spring, cesspit drainage system.The agriturismo is completely furnished and sold as such.
On the ground floor of the 1st building there is an entrance hall/reception, a restaurant with seating for 41, a lounge with fireplace for guests, a professional kitchen with a separate area for washing up, a storeroom/larder and 3 bathrooms. The restaurant is licensed to cater for staying guests as well as for those who only come to eat at the agriturismo.On the first floor there are 2 apartments of approx. 80m² each, with access via an external staircase.
