Borgo Primavera is the fruit of the masterly restoration of 3 XV century’s rural hamlets.
Set in a scene of wild nature, surrounded by hills gently rolling down to the Trasimeno lake, the farmhouses inside hamlets were built in materials and using techniques in respect of the tradition and style of the area The complex is situated in very favourable position, halfway between Rome and Florence, on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, and very close to important tourist attractions such as Assisi, perugia, Spoleto, Todi, Siena, Arezzo.
Inside the three little hamlets, there’s the possibility to purchase portions of farmhouses, apartments in farmhouses, of different typologies and surfaces, each one with private garden.
Great care has been taken with the finishings of the farmhouses, all the houses have aged brick flooring, open wooden beamed ceilings.
