This charming castle is located a few km from Tuscany and only 15 minutes from Lake Trasimeno and it is in a strategic location in relation to some of the most important historical towns of central Italy, Città della Pieve (21 km), Castiglione del Lago (14 km), Chiusi ( 18 km).
Dating back to the fifteenth century, the castle is situated in an ancient Umbrian village which is part of the club of the most beautiful villages in Italy, it stands on a hill overlooking Trasimeno Lake and still retains the typical medieval architecture.
The castle was restored in 2006 preserving the original structure and characteristics and retaining the charm of the era.
It has 76 windows (large and small), and 50 doors and gates, 4 doors open to the outside.
The building is of 1,380 sqm gross, of which 945 functional that spread over 5 floors and feature two original towers, a square one and a round one.

On the ground floor , mostly used as a garage and for exhibition halls, is the main entrance with a stone staircase leading to the upper floors .
The first floor is composed on one side of the building of a large living room and service spaces, on the other side instead there is an apartment with independent entrance, composed of kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom .
On the second floor the apartment is divided into the main living room, kitchen, living room with vaulted beams and fireplace, master bedroom in the round tower with en suite bathroom, second bedroom, also with bathroom, hallway and large areas. This is connected to the upper level through a lift.
On the third floor there is a sitting room, a large living room with fireplace which leads to two bedrooms, a large room with library archive - in the round tower - with walk-in closet, bathroom and a large room with wooden staircase that leads to the level of the square tower.
