| This apartment is one of four in an old residential building in the centre of Marsciano. Its 160m² are on two floors: the second floor and on the mansard floor. The apartment was tastefully restored about ten years ago and much care was taken to preserve its character. Original materials such as the wooden beams and ceiling tiles were maintained and some of the original brickwork exposed. All of this in stylish combination with modern materials: parquet floors in the living areas and terracotta-type tiling in the bedrooms. |
