DESCRIPTION
Situated in a dominating position close to the top of a hill, only a few kilometres away from Tuscany, Villa Ada is a wonderful villa, comprising a large stone farmhouse and its annex, just 40 metres away, each with its own private driveway.
Set in a large garden, each of the houses has a well-equipped pergola for dining outdoors, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Large picture windows in the living area of both houses allow one to enjoy the panorama of the rolling Umbrian hills. The swimming pool is situated on a raised terrace next to the villa. The interiors have been finely restored with prestigious materials: antique doors, 18th Century oak-beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and old terracotta floors. The property has been tastefully yet comfortably furnished with some beautiful antiques. The strategic geographical position of Villa Ada allows one to visit many places of artistic and architectural interest such as Cortona, Siena and Gubbio.
During the low season, it is possible to rent either the main villa or the guest house separately, whilst the other will remain vacant during your stay. It is a highly recommended property.

small pets allowed. Gravel road 3km/2miles in good condition. During low season the 2 villas can be seperately rented. On request we can guarantee you the other property won't be occupied. The tennis court is available for guests use, during the weeks it is open from 8.30am - 7pm, closed on Sunday. It is possible to book the tennis court 15 minutes beforehand, it is not possible to book more in advance.
