HOW TO BOOK

Once you have selected your Umbria Real Estate accommodation:

1) Click on the period you wish to reserve for yourself (please consider that rentals are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday).

2) Fill in the request form (all the boxes must be filled in). After that, we will receive an automatic e-mail from you with your requested dates.

3) We will confirm your booking by sending you by e-mail our “Booking Conditions” (these are standard), and a “Booking Form” that you should complete, sign and return with proof of payment of the required 30% deposit within five working days of your order if you are booking more than eight weeks (53 days) from the beginning of your rental date.

4) As soon as we have received your payment, we will send you the receipt.

5) The remaining balance is payable no later than 8 weeks before the arrival date. Once we have received the balance, we will send you the documents you need to access your villa.

If you are booking within eight weeks from the rental date we must receive your Booking Form, completed and signed with the full payment within two days of your order.
