The estate consists of the main farmhouse (approx. 850m2 gross on two floors), the core part dating back to the late 1700s whilst the newer parts are from the early 1900s.  Recently, the building has been tastefully restored keeping to, wherever possible, the original layout and maintaining the original materials, such as terracotta tile ceilings supported by wooden beams and internal walls featuring large stretches of exposed stone.  Both internally and externally, the house has been finished well and the plumbing and wiring are of the very best quality. This house is divided into four apartments – the main apartment for the owners and three smaller apartments for guests.

In addition, there is an outhouse of about 100 m2 with planning permission for residential use.  Planning permission has also been granted and paid for two other residential houses of about 100 m2 each.  Another 13000 mc may be built in constructions of an agricultural natures, so stables or barns etc.

The Estate is in the heart of the Umbrian countryside with its rolling hills and has its own land of 88 hectares, 48 of which are woodland, the other 40 combining olive groves and fields covered in juniper, broom and dog roses. The main building is surrounded by a beautifully kept garden and features a pool (14x7) with wonderful views and a changing room  and bathroom.
