This is a fully working farm (the main crops are sunflowers and corn) in the midst of the beautiful rolling hills of Umbria.
There are 125 hectares in total, of which 65 are arable (35 of these are organically managed), 6 are pastures for grazing, 9 managed woodland and approx. 40 forest. Olive groves make up 1,5 hectares. There is a beautifully restored stone houses dating back to the 1700s. It has 420m², an outhouse (currently used as a garden shed), a pool and a garden.
