DESCRIPTION

Podere della Luna, a traditional Umbrian farmhouse in stone, is a fully functional business providing tourist accommodation in the shape of 6 independent apartments (one of which is suitable for wheelchair users). The house dates back to 1813 and was restored in 1991 and features terracotta ceiling tiles, oak beams and some exposed stone walls.

Situated on a wooded hill with lovely views of the surrounding countryside and distant villages, it is in a great location: only 10 minutes away form the dual carriageway that leads from Perugia to Siena and a major commercial centre, it is nonetheless an oasis of tranquillity.

The house and outhouse have a surface area of approximately 500 m2 the land consists of 14 hectares, 12 of which are woodland. There is a garden, an olive grove with approx. 200 olive trees and a gazebo. All the furniture and agricultural equipment are included in the price.

FF: 2 bedrooms, bathroom, large terrace (access from one of the bedrooms)

Basement: bathroom and various storage areas.

Outhouse that serves as a garage and laundry; gazebo.
