DESCRIPTION

With a magnificent view on the hills surrounding the estate, this farmhouse is situated in level position in the vicinity of Avigliano Umbro, about 18 miles (30 km) away from Todi, in a peaceful environment with rich vegetation. Its area is 2,150 ft² (200 m²) and it’s completely made of stone. On two levels, the farmhouse goes up to the 19th century and was finely renovated in 2000, leaving the original parts unaltered such as the wooden beams in the ceilings, the stone floor and arches, the original fireplaces and the inner and external staircases.

COMPOSITION

The floor level, although this is an ancient house, is luminous and ventilated, thanks to high ceilings and wide windows and doors. It is composed by entry and a living room with large door-windows with an access to an ample living kitchen and a small study.  

The first floor is reachable through an inner staircase and an external one. It is composed by 3 spacious bedrooms with bathroom, of which 1 with tub and 2 with shower.  

In the ample garden, there is a 6 x 11 yds (5 x 10 m) swimming pool, situated few meters from the house.
