DESCRIPTION

Near a small village between Todi and Orvieto in a location with nice views, this is a house on five floors of a total of 780m2 (gross). Built in stone, it dates back to the 1700s and comes with a plot of land of approx. 8000m, complete with a small pool, 100 or so olive trees and an orchard.

Access to an independent area with two living rooms, a bedroom and two bathrooms.  To the left of the staircase: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room and another bathroom.

Loft: the floors are laid and plumbing is in place for a bathroom as well as central heating.

Independent LPG heating for each floor, mains water, electricity.
