On one of Italy’s most exclusive islands – Ponza, the largest of the Pontine Islands, famous for its imposing cliffs and gorgeous pebble beaches that jut out to seas of crystal-clear, blue waters, Villa dei Cigni was built in the style typical of the architecture of the area. It has approx. 170 m2 surface area and a terrace of about 35 m2, plus an outhouse that can be converted to be a garage.
Various fruit trees grow in the garden of about 400 m2.
The villa enjoys wonderful views of the sea and the Island of Palmarola and was restored in 2004. It is well looked-after and features domed ceilings and ceilings rich with frescoes.
There are two floors: the ground floor and the basement. |

The ground floor has a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, two bathrooms and a storage room, whilst the basement consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a hall and the aforementioned spacious terrace.
