DESCRIPTION

On the Punta Cala di Volpe, the most prestigious area anywhere on the Costa Smeralda, this luxurious villa stands on a promontory, which dominates the magnificent Bay of the Cala di Volpe and the Gulf of Pevero.
In front of the villa and behind it, there is a marvellous fenced garden: approx. 1300 m2 with flowers and hedges and a covered area near the entrance, which serves as a car park for two cars. Between the entrance to the garden and the villa there is a utility room with laundry facilities.
The villa has been recently restored and is furnished very stylishly, with pastel fabrics and pretty details in all the rooms. The harmonious combination of furniture and furnishings, the fabulous views and the spacious covered pergola with a very pleasant sitting area and a dining table for 10, renders this villa very special.
Golf lovers can frequent the famous Pevero Golf Club, which is just 500mts away. Marvellous sandy beaches, that are free and have designated swimming areas, are at a distance of only 1km from the villa. Equally easy to reach is the shopping centre with a supermarket, a bakery, a newsagent and various types of shops, just 1km away.
The villa extends over one floor, except the guesthouse with a twin bedroom, which is made up of two singles and a small bathroom with shower. This room is below the pool level and has independent access. The standard it offers, is different from the others because it is small. For this reason, it would be more suitable to children.
In the evening, the lights of the yachts moored in the bay offer a beautiful scene.
