Villa del Re is surrounded by colorful bougainvillea, perfumed jasmine and southern Italy’s typical orange and lemon trees from which the juices and marmalades served for breakfast are made.

The villa is divided into 4 floors.
Garden Level: you can reach the garden entrance to the villa through a neighborhood staircase surrounded by jasmine and bougainvillea. An amazingly wide terrace where both a living and dining area with seats for 16 are placed is provided shade by a grapevine pergola. There also is an adjacent terrace with infinity edge pool (7 x 3.5 meters, 1.70 meters deep) with sun beds and outdoor hot/cold shower. There is a guest bath on the adjacent main terrace for convenience of those enjoying the pool. A staircase leads up to the garden with olive, mandarin, orange and lemon trees.
Lower level: On this floor are situated 4 big suites with a shared terrace that runs the length of the villa. All of them have their own ensuite bathroom.
First floor: The main entrance is on this floor where you will find a big kitchen, a wide room that can be used as a dining room or simply as a place where you can relax and read one of the books (old and new ones) that the villa’s library situated on the same floor offers you. Double doors on the main terrace open up to the double-size, vaulted dining area (open to kitchen) with antique wood tables and sideboards. Seats up to 16 in various configurations for family-style dining with comfortable upholstered chairs. On this floor there also are the guest bathrooms.
Second floor: On this floor there are 4 big suites each of them with its own bathroom and shared terrace that runs the length of the villa. In all of the bedrooms there is a daybed that can be transformed into a full size bed for a child.
Third floor: Attic with laundry room.
Services: Electricity, A/C, heat, water, and final cleaning; Staff included (two ladies to cook and serve from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm and from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, gardener for pool service, garden maintenance, and grocery shop service) 4 hours daily; Daily continental breakfast; Daily change of linens and bath towels; Porter service included from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Saturday; ADSL line connected with villa computer and WIFI for personal laptop; One complementary cooking; Professional chef available on request – rate to be advised; Additional staff hours, available on request: E15 per hour/per staff; Food allowance: € 3,000,00 paid upon arrival in cash; Pets allowed with dog sitter (available also at the villa at extra charge); pool cleaning.
Not included services: Telephone/fax charged for usage; food, beverages and extra services to be paid on receive; staff extra time (15 euros per hour per person).
The extra services must be asked with enough advance: Baby-sitting; Parking (euro 35 per day with gas station 24hr/24 and Valet service).
The costs of the extra services will be kept from your euro 2.000 cash deposit or paid cash directly by you.
