Il Fiordipesco is a traditional country house immersed in tranquillity, surrounded by soft rolling hills of the Umbrian countryside. It is built upon uncontaminated grounds where you can "relive" the rhythms of nature.
The building originates from the late 17th century and is made of black "basaltine" stone. It has now been restructured with care and attention to preserve the beauty and simplicity of the original aspect, whilst incorporating modern services.
Easily reachable by motorway and rail, it is located a 14 kilometres from the town of Orvieto. Where the unspoilt lake of Bolsena can be found near by offering numerous activities. The house lies centrally between Rome, Florence and Siena, which make this place ideal for sightseeing the important cities of Art in the regions of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio. Fine typical restaurants can be found near by where you can enjoy a lovely Italian meal.
The refined house is organised to ensure maximum comfort and warm welcome to its guests. It features numerous common areas for relaxation; whether it's in front of an original fireplace, in the games room or enjoying the view with a nice cup of tea from the roofed patio. The infinity swimming pool (7x14) with its splendid views over the surrounding countryside offers relax and quiet.

The property has 2 hectares of land completely fenced where there are some small underground caves and a big biological vegetable garden (2800 sqm) from which guests can gather fresh products.
